Bunting Green, also known as Spectrum Green, is the shade that resides exactly between blue and yellow on the visual spectrum. Using the British Admiralty official bunting colour it was standardised by the British Colour Council in 1934. Sailors who hoist signal flags are informally called 'bunting tossers or just 'bunts , hence the name bunting.
