SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at 4D.shop. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing and Fulfilment
All orders placed on our website are subject to a processing period before they are shipped. The typical processing time is 1 business day. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be extended. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use a combination of Royal Mail, Evri and DPD, depending on the size of your order and the delivery address. Our main services include Royal Mail Tracked 48, Evri and DPD.
Delivery estimates are provided for your convenience and are not a guarantee. We are not responsible for delays caused by service issues, customs, or other factors outside of our control.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 / Evri : 3-5 business days
- DPD Express : 1-2 business days
For DPD Express service, orders must be placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) Monday - Thursday to ensure next working day delivery. Orders placed after this time or on Friday/weekend will be processed the following working day.
3. Shipping Limitations and Order Adjustments
Due to the varied size and weight of our products, some items may be subject to shipping restrictions or require a special delivery method. In such cases, if a selected shipping method is not available or suitable for your order, we reserve the right to either adjust the shipping method or cancel the order.
Should this occur, we will contact you immediately to discuss alternative shipping arrangements and costs. You will be given the option to proceed with the revised shipping or to cancel your order for a full refund.
4. Damages
4D.shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. In the event of a damaged or lost order, we will do our best to assist you with the claims process.
