Smooth-on Rebound 25

Rebound 25 is an easy-to-use platinum-cure silicone rubber that self-thickens for making brush-on moulds of almost any model.

• Pack size: 0.45kg Part A + 0.45kg Part B
• Mixed 1A:1B by volume (no scale necessary)
• Apply with a brush or spatula to vertical surfaces without sagging
• Can be thickened with Thi-Vex Silicone Thickener
• Will cure with negligible shrinkage to a soft, flexible rubber.
• 3 to 4 layers are all that is necessary to make a strong, durable production mould
• Use for casting wax, gypsum, concrete or resins (urethane, polyester, etc).
• Platinum silicone so will last for many years in your mould library.
• Applications include reproducing sculpture, architectural restoration, making candle moulds, etc.
• Pot life: 20 mins
• Demould: 6 hours

NOTE: Wear safety glasses, long sleeves and vinyl gloves to minimise contamination risk. (Do not use latex gloves as these may prevent the rubber curing).
