Description

Z-71 Red Thread Locker (PT71) is a high-strength, permanent anaerobic adhesive engineered to lock and seal threaded metal fasteners. Designed specifically for demanding high-vibration environments, it fills the internal voids between mating threads to form a solid, solvent-resistant unit that will not vibrate loose over time.

Essential for high-performance RC vehicles, petrol-engine aeroplanes, large-scale helicopters, and heavy workshop machinery, Z-71 provides peace of mind on critical metal-to-metal structural bolts, motor mounts, and drive train components. It resists fuel, oil, petrol, and temperature fluctuations, preventing corrosion and thread galling while maintaining a permanent hold. Because it cures anaerobically in the absence of air and presence of metal, it stays fluid outside the joint for easy cleanup of excess liquid.

Supplied in a compact .20oz (6ml) bottle with a fine nozzle for controlled application, Z-71 Red Thread Locker delivers maximum structural integrity for heavy-duty builds. Designed as a permanent thread-locking compound, fasteners secured with Z-71 can be disassembled when necessary by applying localized heat (such as from a soldering iron) to break down the bond.
