Description

Z-42 Blue Thread Locker (PT42) is a medium-strength anaerobic adhesive engineered to lock and seal threaded metal fasteners against vibration, thermal expansion, and mechanical shock. Designed specifically for metal-to-metal connections, it fills inter-thread gaps to create a secure, fluid-tight join that will not loosen over time.

Essential for RC aircraft engine mounts, helicopter rotor heads, RC car drivetrain components, and general workshop machinery, Z-42 provides vital protection wherever high-frequency vibration is present. Unlike permanent red formulas, this blue thread locker offers removable strengthholding fast during operation while still allowing fasteners to be disassembled with standard hand tools when maintenance or repairs are required. It also resists petrol, glow fuel, oil, and solvents, shielding threads against internal corrosion.

Supplied in a compact .20oz (6ml) bottle with a fine dispensing tip, Z-42 Blue Thread Locker is a pit-bag and workbench staple. It stays liquid in the presence of air and cures rapidly once confined between mating metal threads, delivering a dependable, clean, and removable thread-locking solution.
