Description

Fibre Grass Mats are specialised scenic landscaping materials designed to provide quick, uniform ground cover on architectural site models, model railway layouts, and wargaming boards. Featuring a dense layer of short fibres on a flexible backing sheet, these grass mats offer an efficient way to simulate lush meadows, pristine snowscapes, and rural terrain without messy loose scatters.

Built for simple fabrication and handling, the flexible backing conforms smoothly over contoured hills, embankments, and flat baseboards alike. The sheet can be easily trimmed to custom shapes using scissors or a utility knife, or torn at the edges to blend seamlessly into surrounding scenery. It bonds firmly to card, timber, foam, or plaster substrates using standard PVA, contact adhesives, or spray glues.
