Zap-O Foam Safe CA+ (PT25) is an odourless, medium-viscosity cyanoacrylate adhesive engineered specifically for delicate foam materials and fume-sensitive workspaces. Featuring a specialised non-corrosive chemical base, it delivers the gap-filling performance of standard CA adhesives without melting expanded polystyrene (EPS), Depron, or EPO foams.
Ideal for foam RC aircraft construction, park flyer repairs, and general craft work, Zap-O Foam Safe CA+ forms a strong, reliable join without requiring surface primers. Its fume-free formulation makes it an excellent choice for builders who experience respiratory irritation or sensitivities to traditional superglues, allowing for comfortable indoor assembly. Beyond foam substrates, it bonds seamlessly across balsa wood, plywood, hard plastics, and carbon fibre reinforcements.
Supplied in a .7oz (20g) bottle, Zap-O Foam Safe CA+ provides a clean, gap-bridging hold for uneven surfaces and tight structural seams. For instantaneous curing or building up structural fillets on foam models, it should be paired directly with Zap Foam Safe Kicker (PT28).
