Description

Brass Rectangular Tubes are precision-extruded hollow profile materials engineered to deliver high structural stiffness, clean geometric lines, and authentic metallic detail for architectural scale models, engineering prototypes, and bespoke craft projects. Featuring a smooth, seamless mill finish, these rectangular tubes provide architects, model makers, and designers with a rigid metal component for fabricating structural beams, window frames, and mechanical enclosures.

Manufactured from high-grade Alloy 260/270 brass with a 1/2 to 3/4 hard temper, this material combines excellent tensile strength with superior corrosion resistance. The four-sided rectangular shape offers flat, parallel surfaces that simplify joint alignment and flush mounting against other components. The tubing can be cut cleanly using a fine-tooth saw or tube cutter, mitred at corners, soft-soldered for high-strength metal joins, and bonded to wood, plastic, or metal using epoxy resins or cyanoacrylate adhesives.

Available in a broad selection of cross-sectional sizes, wall thicknesses, and profile lengths across the product range, these brass rectangular tubes offer a flexible, professional-grade solution for outfitting architectural facades, scale framework networks, and detailed industrial dioramas.
