DIY Miniature House kits - Simon’s Coffee shop

A small container of white latex glue, tweezers, white paint, a small bottle of glue and a small brush are included in the kit.

You will also need a rule, scissors, craft knife, needle-nose pliers, pencil, black pen & small screwdriver. White primer is also recommended for applying to the wall material before the top coat, for the best (opaque) finish.

All materials are in the kits, including printed material and LED lights (lithium batteries are included).

The pieces you see in the image on the box which are coloured have already been stained – so the white paint (included - plus primer, if you wish to use it) is the only painting required.

The size of the finished model is 226 x 194 x 190mm.
