Worblas Kobracast Art is a very versatile, stretchable, heat activated material, that can be shaped by hand, in a mould or vacuum formed.

Worbla's Kobracast Art

Worbla's Kobracast Art is a very versatile, stretchable, heat activated material, that can be shaped by hand, in a mould or vacuum formed.

The surface maintains a texture similar to a fine medical gauze which can be painted directly or primed to smooth out the surface.

  • Sheet size: 374 x 250mm, 324 x 500mm, 750 x 1000mm, 1000 x 1500mm
  • Rolled for dispatch.
  • Heat activated (approx. 80-90 C / 175-195 F)
  • Remains flexible after cooling, easier to seperate from complex moulds.
  • Contains a tear-resistant mesh.
  • Great for creating complex organic shapes eg antlers
  • Will stick to itself and to other materials.
  • Can be sewn through for attaching leather, fur & fabrics.
  • Excess can be re-activated, so very little waste.
  • Solvent-free and non-toxic.

Worbla's KobraCast Art is exceptionally lightweight, it is ideal for a stabilizing substructure, useful forprop makers, milliners, costume designers & cosplayers.
