Description

Silicone rubber kit.

An excellent general purpose silicone rubber, used for mould making where minute surface detail needs to be reproduced and deep undercuts are present.

  • Size: 250g, 500g, 1kg, 2kg, 5kg
  • Mix rate by weight: 100 parts rubber to 5 parts curing agent.
  • Mix in a well ventilated area, nitrile gloves & eye protection recommended.
  • Demould: 16 - 24 hours.
  • Shore Hardness: 19A
  • If practical, cure for 7 days at room temperature before use.
  • Shelf life: 6 months.
  • Store at 18-25C in original containers.

Silicone Rubber has virtually no shrinkage and therefore will accurately reproduce dimensions & is extremely durable.
