Description

Rectangular ASA rod.

ASA is an off white styrene composite plastic that can be used for architectural model making, engineering, animation set construction and model railway scratch building projects.

  • ASA rod length: 1000mm
  • ASA rod thickness: 0.5mm, 1.0mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm
  • ASA rod width: 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm, 5.0mm, 6.0mm
  • Most sections can be cut using a scalpel.
  • Larger sections can be cut using a razor saw.
  • Adhere with Plastic Weld to itself.

These profiles are an excellent model making resource as they have a high yield strength and are easy to glue.
