Extra-High-Density XPS, Anthracite, Trimmed

The trimmed Extra-High-Density XPS sheets are precisely cut to thickness and can be cut easily, quickly and accurately with a thermo saw or cutter. The trimmed Extra-High-Density XPS is denser than the uncut XPS, so the cut edges are noticeably smoother after processing with the thermo saw.

When gluing the XPS, please ensure that the adhesive used is suitable. Some (solvent-based) adhesives can attack and damage the material. The same applies to some spray paints. Make sure they are also suitable for rigid polystyrene foam. If there is no such information on the product, we recommend preliminary tests on leftover pieces.

We usually deliver the sheets slightly larger than specified, as small edge defects are not cut away. The specified size can always be used effectively. XPS is free from HBCD (hexabromocyclododecane).
