Super glues, kickers, epoxies, thread lockers and more.
ZAP is a complete adhesive system: super glues, epoxies and kickers that set fast and hold strong. From thin CA for tight seams to Z-Poxy for structural joints, there’s a ZAP for every job.
ZAP is a system: super glues for speed, epoxies for strength, and the kickers and debonder that control them.

Instant bonds in thin, medium and thick, plus versions for foam, tough plastics and plastic kits.

Two-part Z-Poxy for strong structural joints, in 5, 15 and 30-minute sets, and a finishing resin.

Kicker sets super glue instantly; debonder softens it again when a part goes on wrong.

Canopy glue for clear parts, flexible Zap Goo, thread lockers and moulding tape.
Choose the two materials and we will show the ZAP glue for the job. Every pairing comes from ZAP's own bonding chart.

Super glue comes in thicknesses, and the joint decides which. Thin glue is water-like and wicks into a joint that is already fitted together. Medium fills small gaps and suits most materials.
Thick glue stays where you put it and gives 30 to 40 seconds to position the part. The gel does not run at all, so it works on vertical and overhead joints.
Foam and tough plastics need their own. Zap-O will not melt foam; Poly-Zap bonds nylon, ABS and polycarbonate.
| Your joint | Use |
|---|---|
| Tight, already fitted | Zap CA thin |
| Small gaps, most materials | Zap-A-Gap medium |
| Loose, needs time to position | Slo-Zap thick |
| Vertical or overhead | Zap Gel |
| Foam | Zap-O, foam safe |
| Nylon, ABS, polycarbonate | Poly-Zap |
| Plastic kits | Plasti-Zap |
| Vibration and shock | Zap-RT, rubber toughened |
Z-Poxy is mixed from two parts and stays slightly resilient once set, so it does not go brittle with age. The set time is the choice: a longer set gives more time to line parts up, and the 30-minute is the strongest.
Finishing resin is not a glue. It is for laminating, glass cloth and sealing timber, and gives a waterproof finish.
| You need | Use |
|---|---|
| A fast build or repair | Z-Poxy 5 minute |
| Time to line up several parts | Z-Poxy 15 minute |
| The strongest joint | Z-Poxy 30 minute |
| Laminating and sealing | Z-Poxy finishing resin |
A spray of Zip Kicker cures super glue in seconds, so there is no clamping. On foam, use the foam safe kicker.
Z-7 Debonder softens cured super glue, to free a misplaced part or clean up squeeze-out. It is gentler than acetone.
Flexi-Tips and Z-Ends fit over the nozzle for a single drop in a tight spot.
Super glue can leave a white haze on clear plastic. For windows and canopies, use Formula 560, which dries clear.
Super glue gives off vapour as it cures, and on clear plastic that leaves a haze. Use Formula 560 canopy glue for clear parts.
Use Zap-O, which will not melt polystyrene, Depron or EPO foam, with the foam safe kicker.
Z-7 Debonder softens cured super glue, including on skin.
PT-104 plastic model cement fuses polystyrene parts into one piece. For a fast bond, Plasti-Zap is a super glue made for plastic kits.
