Finnboard

Finnboard is a wood pulp board made from the waste material when plywood is manufactured. It is an excellent sketch modelling material.

Check your knife

Use a sharp knife to cut the Finnboard. A blunt knife will drag through the card and leave an uneven cut.

Prepare for the cut

Place the safety rule along the cut line. Holding the knife firmly, but not gripping too hard, start your cut.

Make the cut

Keep the knife as vertical as possible and let the blade find its way through the material.

Take your time

Make as many cuts as you need to get through the Finnboard, and don't rush it.
