ASA Square Rods

ASA is an off-white styrene composite plastic that is an excellent material for a wide range of modelling projects, including architectural models, engineering, animation, and model railway construction. Its high yield strength and ease of use make it a versatile resource for your projects.

  • Features: High yield strength and easy to glue.

Most sections of this rod can be cut with a scalpel, while larger sections can be cut with a razor saw. The rods adhere well to themselves using Plastic Weld. Refer to our Adhesives Guide if you are gluing to other materials. These rods are available in the following widths: 1.0mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm, 4.0mm, and 4.5mm.
