Foamboard is a strong, lightweight sheet that cuts easily with a sharp craft knife. It is a foam core sandwiched between two layers of card, and comes in white and black, in a range of thicknesses and sheet sizes.

Choose a foam-safe glue
Use UHU POR, which is made to be foam safe. Regular UHU (UHU All Purpose) also works, but it melts the foam core, so use it sparingly.

Apply the glue, then pull apart
Run the glue along the edge and put the foamboard in place on the other piece. Pull the two pieces apart straight away, and leave them for about two minutes until the glue is touch dry.

Press together
When the glue is touch dry, push the two pieces firmly together. The bond is strong straight away.
